Account Data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google OAuth identifier. This is required to create and maintain your account.

Billing Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full payment credentials. We retain only the card type and last four digits for your reference.

IDWIW accesses YouTube data through the YouTube API Services and displays videos via iframe embedding. We do not host any video content.

When you use the AI Overview feature, video content (such as transcripts) may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. This data is processed transiently to generate overviews and is not permanently stored on our servers.

We use essential cookies only, such as session management and security cookies, which are necessary for the Service to function properly.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• TLS encryption for data in transit
• Encryption at rest for stored data
• Access controls to limit who can access your data

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data according to the following schedule:

• Account and billing data: Retained while your account is active and for one year after account deletion.
• Usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months.
• AI processing input: Deleted immediately after processing is complete.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
